Real yield,
printed every 30 minutes.
Hold $YIELDPRINTR. The treasury accumulates fees, fires on a thirty-minute clock, and prints fractional shares of the S&P 500 — pro-rata — directly to every wallet. No staking. No claims. Just hold.
A clock you can't turn off.
Three contracts. Two custodians. One unbreakable thirty-minute heartbeat.
-
01
Treasury accumulates
2% of every $YIELDPRINTR transaction routes to a treasury wallet. Multi-sig, on-chain, and audited weekly.
-
02
The clock fires
Every thirty minutes during market hours, a permissionless cron triggers the distribution contract. It snapshots every wallet, weights by balance, and queues a buy.
-
03
Shares hit your wallet
Through a regulated tokenized-equity partner, fractional shares of the index mint as on-chain RWA and are sent directly to holders. No claim. No gas.
What the bag actually holds.
Live composition of the treasury, rebalanced automatically against the S&P 500 weighting.
It's not a yield. It's not a dividend. It's a rain of fractional equity onto people who held a joke coin.

The supply, the split, the seriousness.
The obvious questions.
Five answers to the most common ones. Anything else — ask on X.
01Wait, is this legal?
Distributing real equity to token holders is a regulated activity. $YIELDPRINTR routes distributions through tokenized-equity partners (Backed, Dinari, Ondo) that handle KYC, custody, and broker-dealer obligations.
02What happens off market hours?
The clock keeps ticking. Distributions accrue against the treasury and settle on the next open. Weekend holders are not penalized.
03Do I need to claim anything?
No. Shares mint directly to your wallet address. If you hold $YIELDPRINTR, you receive. If you sell, you stop.
04What if everyone sells before a drop?
Then a very small number of remaining holders receive a very large amount of stock. The mechanism is indifferent to the float — only to the snapshot at T−1 second.
05Where do I buy?
The official contract address is posted on X sixty seconds before going live. Anything you see before then is a scam.
